Costs involved - for a day of rafting on the Vaal
The normal price for a day of white water rafting on the Vaal river near Parys is R320-00 per person. This includes the entrance fee as a day-visitor at the caravan park, all transport to and from the river and even from Jo'burg if so arranged, a delicious lunch en route on the banks of the river, and all safety-gear (life-jackets etc) provided. We also take along some refreshments and colddrinks to enjoy on the river. A dry barrel will also be provided in which all cameras, cigarettes, etc. can be kept dry.
If you prefer to travel to Parys on the Vaal with your own transport, the price is only R290-00 per person.
For your own costs are all extra colddrinks and refreshments if you maybe prefer to take along your own special flavors and brands(a coolerbox will be provided) and all alcoholic beverages after the trip. (Remember: no alcohol on the river itself.) Also extra will be all accommodation and meals if you decide to sleep over either the night before, after or both.
All other trips
The price for all other rafting and kayaking trips on other rivers are subject to the size of the group, the time of year, duration of the trip, etc. Please enquire.
A 50% deposit will confirm your booking. Banking details, directions and maps, and more comprehensive info like times of departure, etc. will be provided once we have agreed on a date.
